Returns

You have 7 days from the date you received your product to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be:

• Unused

• In original packaging

• In the same condition you received it

Refunds / Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, you can choose:

• Replacement / Exchange

• Refund (For COD orders, refund will be via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash)

Wrong / Damaged Products

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share photos so we can assist immediately.
